UK shipping and delivery

Processing and dispatch

Orders are prepared and dispatched by the Sole Collectors team within United Kingdom, within 1–2 working days. Processing time is separate from the time your parcel spends in transit with Royal Mail.

Delivery services and charges

• Standard Shipping: £5.99, using Royal Mail 48.
• Express Shipping: £9.99, using Royal Mail 24.
• Free Standard Shipping on orders over £300, using Royal Mail 48.

Choosing Express Shipping does not change our 1–2 working day processing time. Royal Mail 24 and Royal Mail 48 are the names of the delivery services, not a promise of delivery within 24 or 48 hours of placing your order.

Tracking and carrier handover

You receive tracking details when we create your shipping label. A tracking number or label-created update does not necessarily mean that Royal Mail has received your parcel. Carrier tracking updates depend on Royal Mail receiving and scanning the parcel.

Delayed orders or tracking enquiries

If your order has not been dispatched within our 1–2 working day processing window, your tracking has not progressed, or you are concerned about a delivery delay, please contact us at solecollectorsuk@gmail.com with your order number and tracking number, if available, so we can look into your order.
